Preventive Advisory:

Drafting, negotiating, and executing the necessary legal instruments for:

(i) Sponsorship contracts for clubs and tournaments, and financing projects for sports entities;
(ii) Temporary and permanent transfers, both national and international, of athletes and coaches;
(iii) Sponsorship contracts, brand licensing, naming rights, and image rights;
(iv) Establishment, merger, and/or acquisition of clubs and/or respective sports societies;
(v) Agreements on television broadcasting rights;

Conflict Resolution:

Representation of clients in disputes with the aim of resolving demands effectively before the competent entities, such as FIFA, Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), State Federations, CBF, STJD, and TJD, covering disciplinary issues, labor matters, and international athlete transfers.
