Criminal lawyer since 2011, with expertise and extensive experience in economic and corporate crimes. Santiago is responsible for the strategic and artisanal management of criminal actions, police inquiries, and other investigative procedures, in all instances, and at the most diverse levels of complexity, in the litigious and advisory spheres. He is a partner and head of the Strategic Criminal Law Group at Nelson Wilians Advogados. Vice-president of the Butantã Subsection of OAB/SP, former president of the Corporate Fraud Commission and of the Economic Criminal Law Commission of the Pinheiros Subsection of OAB/SP, and former counsel to the Federal Public Prosecutor’s Office in São Paulo.
